sysHighAvailabilityNotRunningReason
Indicates the reason why High System Availability feature is not running when the value of sysHighAvailabilityOperStatus is notRunning(2). The value of this object is empty string when the value of sysHighAvailabilityOperStatus is running(1). This object is supported in systems with High System Availability feature support.
