Applicable AU/BU only. The Minimum SNR Level plus the value of this parameter define the maximum desired level of the average SNR at the AU/BU. If the ATPC Option is enabled, than if the received SNR is above the maximum desired level, the AU/BU will transmit Power-Down messages to the applicable SU/RB. Range: 4 to 20 (dB).
