If hpRptrMonGlobalAlignmentErrors is incremented, then the hpRptrMonGlobalFCSErorrs counter shall not be incremented for the same frame. This counter is the summation of the values of the rptrMonitorPortAlignmentErrors counter for all of the ports in this repeater.
