An entry is created when the below conditions are met: 1. An associated call active entry in callActiveTable of the IETF Dial Control MIB with video callActiveInfoType is created. 2. An associated call active entry in cVoIPCallActiveTable of the Cisco Voice Dial Control MIB with SCCP cVoIPCallActiveSessionProtocol is created. 3. cVideoCommonActiveCallType of this call entry is 'pointToPointCall' or 'conferenceCall'. The entry is deleted when its associated call active entries in callActiveTable of the IETF Dial Control MIB and cVoIPCallActiveTable of the Cisco Voice Dial Control MIB are deleted.
