This object represents the logging in
device address. This object was copied
either from the cpsmPortBindLoginDev object
in the cpsmPortBindTable or from the
cpsmPortBindEnfLoginIdev object in the
cpsmPortBindEnfTable at the time when the
difference operation was done.
