This attribute records the number of times that the bus tap has
detected a loss of the end-of-cell timing signal used by the bus.
Each occurrence may result in the loss of one or more cells or
frames. This type of event may occur during normal operation of
the module, for example switching the bus's clock source from one
card to another; it may also be caused by a hardware fault.
The attribute's value wraps around to zero when it exceeds the
maximum permitted value.
