This is the measured Round Trip Delay (ms) discovered with the
remote through the UTP staging protocol. The value includes
emission, propagation, and queuing delays. A 2 byte control frame
is used to perform the measurement. A value of zero is displayed
when the link is disabled or the measured Round Trip Delay is
unknown.
