The number of percent RH points beyond the humidity
thresholds at which an active humidity alarm will be
cleared. This configuration setting applies to all
humidity thresholds.
Units are displayed in the scale selected in
the 'emConfigProbeTempUnits' OID (Celsius or Fahrenheit).
