Usage: The display priority of this tab (button), where '0' is unspecified (default), '1' is lowest, and '100' is highest. When two tabs (buttons) have equal priority, the first (lowest) value of 'xcmHrConsoleTabIndex' (lexicographical order), for the SAME value of 'xcmHrConsoleScreenIndex' (enclosing screen), SHALL have the highest display priority.
