This object SHALL be 'true' if this management agent
supports sending SNMP warning traps. This object SHALL
be 'false'if this management agent does NOT support
sending SNMP warning traps.
This does not change the behavior of support for
sending 'Error Cleared' traps such sending a
trap when an alertRemovalOfBinaryChangeEntry
is added to the Alert Table.
