The text added in this variable by the user will be displayed in
the system login page as banner on every login into the CLI
(local or remote) or when performing login into the system web interface.
The default value is an empty string, which will not be displayed.
Special meaning have the sequences '\t' and '\n' which
allow the user to format the string with tabulator (t)
and newline (n) format instructions. The percent character ('%') is not allowed.
