This object indicates progress of file transfer in the hwCfgOperateTable.
When hwCfgOperateProtocol is specified as 2(tftp) or 3(sftp), and hwCfgOperateType is specified as net2Running or net2Startup,
this object will be set as 65535, which indicates the progress can not be calculated.
