The service type of the sub interface, by setting hwQinQCtrlVlanFlag to the value (rtprotocolenable), the route-protocol attribute enabled; and by setting hwQinQCtrlVlanFlag to the value (localswitch), the localswitch attribute enabled, which means two tags of packets will be pruned. So if you set hwQinQSubIfType to be dot1q type, you can not specify hwQinQCtrlVlanFlag as localswitch.
