OSPF ASE tag list. This octet string contains tag
values that could be present in an OSPF ASE
advertisement. If a tag value is included in this
list, this filter applies to OSPF ASE advertisements that
contain this tag value.
If non-null, The octet string contains one or more 4-octet
tag values. If null, this filter applies to OSPF ASEs with
any tag value.
