Set data transmit rates for the radio, in the format of 1,2,5.5... For 802.11n radios, the format can be MCS X. The data transmit rates between AP and STA must fall into the configured rates. (Note: For 802.11n radios, the first value will be treated as a mandatory rate, and the second value will be treated as a supported rate. If you configure more than two rates, the configuration cannot take effect. If you configure only one rate, it is considered as the mandatory rate by default.)
